The dealer then deals the cards one at a time, starting with the SB and moving clockwise around the table. The two players to the left of the button post the small and big blind before the cards are dealt.
If two or more players tie with the same high card, then the suits break the tie, in reverse alphabetic order (spades best, then hearts, then diamonds, then clubs).
